Donna M. Jamieson, M.D.
Physician
Dr. Jamieson received her M.D. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Wilson Memorial Hospital in New York. Dr. Jamieson fulfilled her specialty training in Asthma, Allergy and Immunology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as Allergy and Immunology. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine/Allergy and Immunology at Florida State University, College of Medicine. Her peers have selected her for “America’s Top Doctors” in Allergy and Immunology each year since 2004.
She is a Fellow of the American Association of Certified Allergists, The American College of Physicians, The American College of Allergy/Immunology and the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. Jamieson dedicates herself to instructing patients and the public on the signs and symptoms of asthmatic and allergic problems, their management, and treatment benefits for overall health and quality of life.
Frederick L. Bloom, M.D.
Physician
Dr. Bloom did his undergraduate and medical school in his home state of Wisconsin, then did his post graduate and allergy training at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He figured with the name Bloom he had to be an allergist. He is currently an assistant clinical professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He was the founding medical director of “Sunshine Station” a camp for children with pulmonary diseases. He has been president of the Florida Lung Association of Southwest Florida; a member of the fire ant committee of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and of the insect committee of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is a past President of the Florida Asthma, Allergy and Immunology Society. He was selected for inclusion in the book, Best Doctors in America. He has done research and published articles in medical journals on allergy medications, asthma medications, and the imported fire ant, and on the camp for children with asthma. Dr. Bloom served in the United States Navy and was in Cuba during the Cuban Crisis. Dr. Bloom enjoys being a physician and especially the interaction and taking care of patients.
Outside the office Dr. Bloom enjoys adventure travel, marathons, animals of all kinds especially boxer dogs, and family.
